Fred Walters has been active in the Texas Coastal Bend community since 2007 where he resides in the Rockport-Fulton area. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors®, Humane Society & Adoption Center of Rockport-Fulton, Rockport Center for the Arts, Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce and the Coastal Conservation Association–Texas. Additionally, Fred is a graduate of LEADERSHIP ARANSAS COUNTY - Class 24 (2020-21).
